Many of us move through life constantly stressed & tense. Time in Nature is an incredible way to unwind and release accumulated tension.
We will guide you through the practice of Yoga Nidra (an ancient relaxation method) and other techniques to help calm and reset your nervous system.
Guests are strongly encouraged to unplug and opt for a digital detox during the retreat.
